Return Policy
Dopesneakers provides QC (shoe quality control chart) before shipment, and does its best to provide you with a 100% satisfactory shopping experience. Customers confirm the QC before shipment and click OK. By default, the customer is satisfied with the shoes. Therefore, after the customer receives the shoes, we will not accept after-sales applications if the customer believes that the product is defective or of poor quality due to personal subjective emotions.

If you need to apply for a return or refund, please contact our customer service to inform the reason for the return, and provide relevant videos and photos to obtain the delivery address.

About Refunds

Dopesneakers accepts refunds in the following situations:
1. The package was seized by customs during transportation. (We can reship you a pair of shoes or refund your money)

2. The style and size of the shoes received are different from the shoes you placed the order or confirmed by QC

3. The products received have serious quality problems (such as the glue on the shoes is open, the shoes are seriously off-line, etc.)

Dopesneakers does not accept refunds for the following reasons:

1. Ordered the wrong shoes or wrong size for personal reasons.

2. The address filled in by the customer when placing the order is incorrect, resulting in the goods not being received (rescheduling can be arranged and no refunds will be accepted)

3. Do not assist customs in signing for packages or paying duties (for example, Mexico, Peru and other countries will have customs duties and need assistance with customs clearance and payment of duties)

4. Failure to sign for the package in time or refusal to sign for it.

5. The delivery status shows that the delivery is successful/delivered.

Regarding returns/exchanges for the following reasons

1. Don’t like shoes.

2. It does not fit due to wrong size ordered.

We accept returns and exchanges due to personal reasons such as dislike or inappropriate size.

But some conditions need to be met

1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the shipping costs incurred by dopesneakers will be deducted from the refund.

2. Customers need to return the product first and need to ensure that the product is not worn and that the package is not detained by customs on the return journey. If we do not receive the package or when we receive the package, the product is damaged, we cannot exchange or return the product.

Warm Reminder: Dopesneakers is headquartered in China. The return shipping fee is expensive and the return time takes a long time. If possible, try not to return/exchange goods to give each other a good shopping experience.
